When can I claim?

You can claim your 6 months FREE Ecover® detergent and softener or dishwasher tablets with your qualifying LG dishwasher or laundry appliance until 31st May 2026 provided that you purchased between 4th March – 28th April 2026.

How do I submit a claim?

Once you have purchased a qualifying LG home appliance, retain your receipt and submit a claim form here with the requested details.

When will I receive my free detergent and softener or dishwasher tablets?

You will receive an SMS notification with details on when your delivery will be received. This will be within 28 days of your claim being validated.

What Ecover® products can I claim?

With the purchase of any qualifying LG laundry appliance you can claim 6 months free Ecover® detergent and fabric softener. With the purchase of any qualifying LG dishwasher, you can claim 6 months free Ecover® dishwasher tablets.

How many Ecover® products can I claim?

With the purchase of any qualifying LG laundry appliance you can claim 5 litres of Ecover® detergent and 5 litres of fabric softener. With the purchase of any qualifying LG dishwasher, you can claim two packs of 72 and one pack of 24 Ecover® dishwasher tablets.
